What each suite does
Estimate Audit
Upload one estimate. Every line item is extracted and checked by a deterministic rule engine: line math, subtotal and RCV/ACV recaps, duplicate lines, unpriced scope, O&P at the 10% + 10% standard, tax plausibility, and documentation completeness.
Reconciliation
Upload the carrier estimate and the contractor estimate. Line items are matched across both, and every price difference, quantity difference, and missing or added scope item is flagged with its dollar impact — plus a full side-by-side comparison table.
Water Mitigation
Upload the mitigation estimate and dry log. The compliance engine verifies equipment-to-area ratios, drying duration, monitoring, labor, and after-hours billing against the Vynakro protocol, with water Category and Class context.
How billing works. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of all three suites (2 audits per day during the trial). After that, choose your plan — payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details never touch Vynakro's servers. Plans are priced per seat, and each seat gets its own audit allowance. An audit counts when it completes; failed runs never use up your allowance, and allowances reset on the 1st of each month. Your documents and audit history stay safely stored either way.
