Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vynakro Suites — the Estimate Audit, Reconciliation, and Water Mitigation tools available at vynakro.com (the “Service”), operated by Vynakro (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Vynakro analyzes insurance-related documents you upload (estimates, dry logs, and similar records) and produces findings reports. The Service is a decision-support tool: findings are generated by automated rules and artificial-intelligence document reading, and they can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing findings before relying on them. The Service does not provide legal, adjusting, or engineering advice.
2. Accounts and seats
Plans are licensed per seat: each person who signs in must have their own account, and each seat receives its own monthly audit allowance. Sharing credentials is prohibited; the Service enforces one active session per account and may require two-factor authentication on paid plans. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Paid subscriptions bill monthly per seat at the prices published on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch Vynakro's servers. Audit allowances reset on the first of each calendar month; unused audits do not roll over. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time — cancellation stops future billing and the Service reverts to read-only access to your stored documents and reports.
4. Your documents
You retain all rights to documents you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process them: storing them, running optical character recognition and AI document reading over them, executing audit rules, and generating your reports. We retain uploaded documents and findings reports for seven (7) years from upload to support claim-file defensibility, then delete them. You represent that you have the right to upload each document you submit.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: probe, disable, or overload the Service; attempt to access another customer's data; resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement; upload malicious files; or use automated scripts to run audits outside the ordinary use of the tools. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
6. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON FINDINGS REPORTS.
7. Termination and data
You may deactivate your account from the Account page at any time. Deactivation revokes access but does not delete documents or reports before the end of the 7-year retention period, which we maintain for legal-hold and claim-defensibility reasons. Contact support to discuss earlier deletion where no retention obligation applies.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
